On 5.6.41 JFS3 moved to Grove/Denmark, and 9.6.41 became Jagdgruppe Drontheim, but became JFS3 again on 8.8.42.

On 31.8.42 2./JFS3 became 3./Jagdfliegervorschule 2, and was reformed 26.10.42 from 3./Jagdfliegervorschule 3.

On 7.12.42 redesignated JG103:

Stab/JFS3 became Stab/JG103
1./JFS3 became 1./JG103
2./JFS3 became 2./JG103
3./JFS3 became 3./JG103
