Fallschirm-Flak-Regiment 1
Formed in January 1944.
In 6.44 renamed Fallschirm-Flak-Regiment 11.
From late 1944 the batallions operated independently. The Stab was at Rosenheim (Luftgau VII) in November 1944, and in 1945 moved to Stettin (I. Flakkorps). In 1945 the I. Abt. was in the Middle Reine area (Luftgau XIV), the II. Abt was attached to the 5th Panzer Army, and the III. Abt was in the Upper Reine area (Luftgau V), but would later move to Berlin, to support the 9. Fallschirm-Jäger-Division.
On 28.3.45 renamed Fallschirm-Flak-Regiment 111.
One source claims that the regiment was disbanded in 1945, I. Abt. becoming II./Flak-Regiment 16, II. Abt. becoming Fallschirm-Flak-Abteilung 11 and III. Abt. becoming Fallschirm-Flak-Abteilung 12. This is however uncertain. Only Fallschirm-Flak-Abteilung 11 was attached to I. Fallschirm-Korps.
