Formed 1.4.41 in Dortmund as Stab/Flak-Brigade z.b.V. (Stab/Flak-Brigade X from 6.41), to protect the Bochum-Münsterland area. Moved to Central Russia (Orel, Desna) in 2.43(?), to protect the rear area of Heeresgruppe Mitte. Became Stab/10. Flak-Brigade in mid-1943.
Organisation 1.11.43:
- Stab/Flak-Regiment 6 (mot.)
- Stab/Flak-Regiment 10 (mot.)
- Stab/Flak-Regiment 35 (mot.)
11.43 - 2.44 saw action at the frontline in Vitebsk, and from 2.44 again protected the rear area of Heeresgruppe Mitte (Brest and Baranovitschi).
Reorganised 2.44, now with (1.3.44):
- Stab/Flak-Regiment 21 (v)
- Stab/Flak-Regiment 34 (v)
- Stab/Flak-Regiment 125 (mot.)
- Stab/Flak-Regiment 134 (mot.)
- Luftnachrichten-Betriebs-Kompanie 170(?)
Reorganised again in 4.44, now with (1.5.44):

Stab/Flak-Regiment 34 (v) left the brigade in 8.44, and was replaced by Stab/Flak-Regiment 10 (mot.) and Stab/Flak-Regiment 23 (mot.).
8.44 in the Warzaw area, and 9.44 to East Prussia (Lötzen area, attached to the 27. Flak-Division). On 1.10.44 redesignated Stab/Flak-Regiment 116.
