Formed 10.41 in Luftgau VI with 4 Batterien, as Res.Flak-Abt. 345 (until 7.42, and then s.Flak-Abt. 345).
Reorganised as a gemischte Abteilung in mid-1944, when 2 new leichte Batterien was formed:
In 11.44 Stab/gem.345 was disbanded, 5./gem.345 became 10./Flak-Regiment 55 (12.44), and 6./gem.345 became 2./668; 1. - 4./gem.345 was transferred to Ohlau in Schlesien (also known as RAD 4./102, 3./103, 5./103 and 4./103).
