In late 1942 2./gem.363 became 2./906, and was reformed.
Reorganised as a schwere Abteilung in late 1943 with 4 new Batterien:
1./gem.363 became 5./371, and reformed as 1./s.363
2./gem.363 became s.Flak-Bttr.zbV 1587, and was reformed as 2./s.363
3./gem.363 became s.Flak-Bttr.zbV 1588, and was reformed as 3./s.363
4./gem.363 became 2./951 and 6./371, and was reformed as 4./s.363
5./gem.363 was disbandedDisbanded 12.44:
