Formed 10.42 in the Ssalsk area, initially only I. 1-3 and II. 4-6.

In March 1943 the regiment was reorganised at Unterlüss/Celle: the II. (4-6) Abt. became III. (8-11) Abt. and IV. (Flak) Abt. were formed. The new regiment joined the division in 5.43.

Destroyed 10.43 at Taganrog, except the detached IV. Abt., which became I./Flak-Regiment 46.

I. 1-3, II. 4-6, III. 7-8, IV.9-12; 1.-4. leichte Transport-Kolonne

Served under Luftwaffen-Feld-Division 15.
