In spring 1942 3./Ln.Rgt.32 became Ln.Verb.Kp.zbV 2, and was reformed.

In autumn 1942 Stab III./Ln.Rgt.32 became Stab/Luftnachrichten-Funkhorch-Abteilung Don.

In 7.44 8./Ln.Rgt.32 became 13./Ln.Rgt.2, and in 12.44 9./Ln.Rgt.32 became 3./Ln.Abt.352. 10./Ln.Rgt.32 was disbanded 2.45.

Apparently disbanded 27.2.45, and mainly used to form Luftnachrichten-Abteilung 65.
